 VN Saroja has over 18 years of business experience in senior management roles with across a variety of enterprises. Saroja has founded new businesses, and consulted with leading Indian companies.
In 1997, she co-founded Naukri.com, which grew to become one of India’s leading websites for recruitment and careers. As its Chief Operating Officer, Saroja played a crucial role in setting up the operations, inviting venture capital, expanding the company, and of course was involved in all aspects of running the site.
In 2003, she set up Interbase Consulting, which provides holistic solutions, encompassing strategy, operations and planning. Her clients include transnational corporations, multilateral agencies and several startups.
Saroja holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIM-A), and a Degree in Mathematical Statistics from Delhi University.
